About By Design Calm Collection™
At By Design Calm Collection™, I create therapy-informed tools for intentional living—pieces that invite you to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with the calm already within you.
This brand grows from my work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the countless conversations I’ve had with women navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional fatigue. I’ve seen how much we long for stillness and grounding in a world that constantly demands more. And I know how powerful it can be when we intentionally design moments of calm for ourselves. By Design isn’t just a name—it’s a philosophy. We don’t wait for calm to find us. We create it, intentionally.
Crafted With Intention, Every detail in this collection—candles, journals, calm boxes, and rituals—is designed with your emotional wellbeing in mind.
You’ll find:
Journals- to help you reflect, release, and reconnect
Hand-poured candles- crafted to soothe the nervous system
Calm boxes- curated as a full sensory exhale
Bundles- that bring these tools together for a deeper practice
My goal is simple: to offer something beautiful, accessible, and grounding.

Why I Created This:
As a therapist, I teach skills that help women regulate, center, and return to themselves. I wanted to offer something tangible—something you can touch, smell, light, write in, and build a ritual around. Tools that help you: slow down, express yourself, create small pauses, feel more grounded in daily life.
For the Woman Building a Life With Intention:
This collection is for the woman who is ready to honor herself. For the woman who gives much to others but is learning to choose herself too. For the woman who wants peace that doesn’t depend on circumstances. For the woman designing a life that feels aligned, grounded, and whole.
Thank you for being here. Your calm matters.
Founder’s Note: I’m Keshia Ginn, LCSW and creator of By Design Calm Collection™. This brand is a reflection of the work I do with women every day—helping them slow down, return to themselves, and build lives rooted in intention rather than survival mode. My hope is that each candle you light, each page you write on, and each ritual you practice becomes a small act of care that reminds you: You deserve calm. You deserve softness. And you deserve a life that feels designed — not rushed. Thank you for being part of this circle.
With Calm, Keshia
