What makes By Design Calm Collection™ different?

Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes. Our candles are professionally poured in small batches by a trusted manufacturing partner using clean ingredients and high-quality fragrance oils. Each scent is thoughtfully selected and curated to support a calming, grounding environment.
What’s included in a Calm Box?
Calm Boxes are curated sensory experiences. Boxes include:

Do you offer bundles?
Yes. Bundles combine complementary tools (journals + candles + rituals) for a deeper calming practice.
Shipping & Processing
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
For safety and hygiene reasons, candles and self-care items are non-returnable once opened.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@keshiaginn.com with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
Orders & Payments
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that window, we begin processing.

Do you offer wholesale or group orders?
