During high-volume periods, processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Candles and Calm Boxes are hand-packed and may require additional time during peak seasons.

Local Delivery (Charlotte, NC Only)
We offer free local delivery within 10 miles of our fulfillment location.
Delivery window: 1–3 days You’ll receive a text or email when your order is on the way
A safe drop-off location is required; no signature needed
Shipping From Multiple Locations
Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type (e.g., candles vs. journals).
You will never be charged extra for split shipments.
Warm Weather Notice (Candles)
Candles may soften or melt in extreme heat.
Bring packages indoors promptly during warm months.
Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to them.

We will assist with next steps or a replacement when possible.
